Seniors can feel lonely and isolated, which can lead to depression, especially after weathering the COVID pandemic. You can help them reconnect at a monthly lunch at the CLC YMCA.
The lunch is open to everyone, but appeals most to our seniors, who look forward to it and enjoy the monthly camaraderie. It's fun, festive, and a great way to meet new people and spend time together.
